The most important step of the simulation experience, post-scenario debriefing creates a forum for you and your students to fully gauge success in simulation and identify areas needing further review and practice. The Debriefing step enables you to support collaborative reflection, conduct a thorough analysis of student performance, provide constructive feedback, and direct students to remediation resources specific to their individual needs.
