In this portion of Module 9, you will be applying what you have learned in Modules 1 through 8, as well as learning about the TRICARE and CHAMPVA programs in order to learn how to complete CMS-1500 claim forms for these programs.

At the beginning of each portion of Module 9, I'll be giving you a self-evaluation checklist of learning objectives (goals) that you'll need to accomplish in that part. At the end of each of the three portions, you should be able to check off each of the learning objectives as accomplished.
